I got into hormone medicine because I watched men in their 40s and 50s being told their labs were "normal" while they felt terrible. The conventional reference ranges are built around the average — not the optimal. My job is to help you feel like the best version of yourself, not just an average one.
We start every patient with a $10 lab test because I believe access to information shouldn't be a barrier to care. If your testosterone is under 350, we can start treatment immediately. If it's over 550, we dig deeper with a full panel. Either way, you get answers — not guesses.
